Our
eggs and our production facility are regularly certified by the State of
Pennsylvania, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Army.
All
eggs processed by Cotner Farms, Inc. must meet the inspection
requirements of our Quality Control Center.
Eggs
produced from separate flocks of chickens are collected and processed
separately and never mixed, therefore the degree of quality of eggs from
a particular flock of hens in maintained.
Unlike
most egg-production facilities, all the laying hens at Cotner Farms
produce eggs on a 52-week cycle and are not molted. Younger
chickens produce higher quality eggs.
